RETURNS & EXCHANGE
You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. Junglenice will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and in it’s original condition as you received it.
To complete your returns you are required to fill out the Product Returns Form on our page.
We do not accept any return requests on SPECIAL OFFERS (sale) items. All special offers sales are final, no exceptions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email conformation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be reflected in your account within a certain amount of days.
We only exchange incorrect or defective items.
If you need to exchange your purchased item, please send us an email.
Once we receive your exchange inquiry it can take up to 14 days for us to fulfil your request. We will send you a confirmation email when we have processed your exchange.
Should you have any urgent inquiry regarding your order, don’t hesitate to email us.

The shipping costs for returned items are with your responsibility and are non-refundable.
Junglenice takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend you to send your returns with a registered traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please keep your Return Tracking Number to ensure that the package is returned to us. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
Junglenice may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
